§ 5 SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION ON THE USE OF THIRD PARTY SERVICES
(1) Facebook. Our pages integrate plugins of the social network Facebook, 1601 South California Avenue, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA. You can recognize the Facebook plugins by the Facebook logo or the “Like Button” (“Like”) on our page. An overview of the Facebook plugins can be found here: http://developers.facebook.com/docs/plugins/ When you visit our pages, the plugin establishes a direct connection between your browser and the Facebook server. Facebook thereby receives the information that you have visited our site with your IP address. If you click the Facebook “Like-Button” while you are logged in to your Facebook account, you can link the contents of our Pages on your Facebook profile. This allows Facebook to associate your visit to our Pages with your user account. We would like to point out that we, as the provider of the Pages, have no knowledge of the content of the transmitted data or its use by Facebook. You can find further information on this in the Facebook privacy policy at https://de-de.facebook.com/policy.php. If you do not want Facebook to be able to assign visits to our Pages to your Facebook user account, please log out of your Facebook user account.
(2) LinkedIn. Our website uses features of the LinkedIn network. The provider is LinkedIn Corporation, 2029 Stierlin Court, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. Each time you access one of our pages that contains LinkedIn features, a connection to LinkedIn servers is established. LinkedIn will be notified that you have visited our sites using your IP address. If you click on LinkedIn’s “Recommend Button” and are logged into your LinkedIn account, LinkedIn is able to track your visit to our site to you and your account. We would like to point out that we, as the provider of the pages, have no knowledge of the content of the transmitted data or its use by LinkedIn. For more information, please refer to the LinkedIn privacy policy at https://www.linkedin.com/legal/privacy-policy.
(3) Twitter. Functions of the Twitter service are integrated on our pages. These functions are offered by Twitter Inc, 1355 Market Street, Suite 900, San Francisco, CA 94103, USA. By using Twitter and the “Re-Tweet” function, the websites you visit are linked to your Twitter account and made known to other users. In the process, data is also transferred to Twitter. We would like to point out that we, as the provider of the pages, have no knowledge of the content of the transmitted data or its use by Twitter. For more information, please refer to Twitter’s privacy policy at http://twitter.com/privacy. You can change your privacy settings on Twitter in the account settings at http://twitter.com/account/settings.(4) YouTube. We use the YouTube platform to post and make videos available. YouTube is an offering of the provider Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, parent company: Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. Some Internet pages of our offer contain links or connections to the YouTube offer. In general, we are not responsible for the content of linked websites. In the event that you follow a link to YouTube, we would like to point out that YouTube stores user data (e.g. personal information, IP address) in accordance with its own data usage guidelines and uses it for business purposes. We also directly embed videos stored on YouTube on some of our Internet pages. With this integration, content from the YouTube page is displayed in parts of a browser window. However, the YouTube videos are only called up by clicking on them separately. This technique is also called framing. If you call up a (sub-)page of our website on which YouTube videos are embedded in this form, a connection is established to the YouTube servers and the content is displayed on the website by informing your browser. The integration of YouTube content takes place in the extended data protection mode. YouTube itself provides this mode and thus ensures that YouTube does not initially save any cookies on your device. However, when you call up the relevant pages, the IP address and the other data mentioned in § 3 of this data protection declaration are transmitted and thus, in particular, you are informed which of our Internet pages you have visited. However, this information cannot be assigned to you unless you have logged in to YouTube or another Google service (e.g. Google+) before accessing the page or are permanently logged in. As soon as you start the playback of an embedded video, YouTube saves cookies on your device through the extended data protection mode, which do not contain any personally identifiable data unless you are currently logged in to a Google service. These cookies can be prevented by appropriate browser settings and extensions. When you call up a page, your browser loads the required web fonts or icons into your browser cache in order to display texts, fonts and icons correctly. When you access our site, your browser loads the required web fonts directly from a Google server into your browser cache to display text and fonts correctly. This tells the server which of our Internet pages you have visited. The IP address of the browser of the end device of the visitor to these Internet pages is also stored by Google. If your browser does not support web fonts, a standard font is used by your computer. The legal basis for the use of Google Fonts is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO.
